The ‘I Was Right’ dance

Often there’s no real joy in being right about something. Nobody wants to hear “I told you so.” But everyone likes watching their friends dance. This is an improvisational dance you get to do when you were right about something. Invented by some friends of mine, it has been fully embraced in my family. Try it then next time you were right about something. Even better, when you’re wrong about something tell the person who was right that they can do the “I Was Right” dance. It’s a perfect gift.
